    Spring soccer begins soon!

    Dust off those shin guards...shine up those cleats. Spring SSYSA soccer will be here before you know it!
    Don't miss an opportunity to register....

    When? Time? Where?
    January 9th 10a-2p Fowler Park and London Gym
    January 23rd 10a-2p Fowler Park and London Gym
         

    League representatives will be at Fowler Park (in front of Walnut Cove Library) and at London Gym (during basketball games) to help fill out forms and take forms for Spring 2010 season.
    New and seasoned players are encouraged to register for the next exciting soccer season!

    Registration forms also available online and can be mailed to address located on form. Forms must be received no later than ??? to avoid a late fee. Forms received ??? will incurr a $25 late fee.
    No forms accepted after ???th.

    Directions to King:

    From Germanton/Walnut Cove- take Hwy 65 toward Rural Hall.
    At Rural Hall, turn right on Hwy 66 at the stop light.
    Follow Hwy 66, turn onto Old US53/E King Street into King.
    Turn left onto E Dalton, turns into W Dalton.
    Turn left on Pilot View Drive,
    just past library turn right into Recreation Acres
    look for sign Recreation Acres.

    The SSYSA League's sole purpose is...
    "To give the kids in the surrounding communities a fun and safe place to play soccer." Youth Soccer is one of the fastest growing sports in the US. By playing soccer, kids get a great form of outdoor exercise and fun. For the parents, soccer helps your kids develop physically (getting them outdoors away from the TV and video games), mentally (making decisions, following instructions) and socially (interacting with their teammates and other players).


    Volunteers
    The SSYSA Soccer League is totally made up of volunteers. Each board member, coach and concession stand worker is a volunteer. SSYSA is always looking for more volunteers to help with the many tasks in running the league. If you are interested in becoming a volunteer, please EMAIL SSYSA or contact any board member for more information. Please remember..."We are here for the kids."
