Oct. 20��� SSYSA Board Meeting� - � This is a very important meeting for all parents, coaches, and current board members.� Plans will be finalized for the upcoming Soccerfest, but more importantly, the 2004 Board will be elected.� We need more parents to get involved to continue to grow this league!!� Even if you are not interested in being a full-fledged board member, please come out and see how you CAN get involved � we also have many committees that need bodies on them!� Always remember, the monthly SSYSA meetings are NOT JUST FOR BOARD MEMBERS!!� All parents and coaches are always welcome to attend.

Sat./Sun., Nov.1-2������� SSYSA
Coaches/Parents/Alumni Tournament Due to the soccer fields being �under construction�, the regular end-of-the year soccer tournament will not be held this year.� Plans are to get our fields in shape and have a bigger and better tournament next year.� Instead of the kids� tournament, we have decided to hold this adult fundraising tournament.� Come out and PLAY soccer!� $10 per person � everyone ages 11 and up are encouraged to play!! (QUESTIONS?� See SSYSA website (www.ssysa.com), your child�s coach, or contact Mike at 591-3580)

Sat., Nov. 8����� SSYSA Yard Sale We need EVERYONE�S support for this to be a success.� Bring your yard sales items to the concession stand on Sat. mornings during the game times.� We will be relocating these items to storage until the day of the yard sale.� The location is still TBD.� A volunteer sign-up sheet will be circulated for parents to sign up to help at the yard sale � please come out and help � any time you can offer will be appreciated!� This is a QUICK way to raise funds for our league, but it really does need participation in order to succeed!!!� (QUESTIONS?� Contact Mary Lou at 408-0573.)

Presentation � at Southeastern
Middle School Gym, ����������� Spaghetti
Dinner/Dance � at
Southeastern Middle School -� � $8 for adults and $5 for kids � Meal includes spaghetti, salad, bread, drink, and dessert � To-go plates will be available. � Tickets & additional information will be distributed soon to the coaches.� |
